The Pine Valley Resources Guarantee
• We offer to complete a new manager’s assimilation process within the first 30 days of employment as part of our fee. • In addition, as part of our fee, we provide an executive coach for one year in order to ensure retention of the candidate to fulfill his or her leadership accountabilities and responsibilities as expected. • We limit our searches to 36 per year at most in order to provide each client with personalized attention. Our selectivity accentuates our effectiveness.
