“Hardworking Congressman” at your service Rep. Henry S. Oaminal is a living testament that with determination and hard work, one can rise up despite the odds along the way. He is a product of an unprivileged and humble beginnings having been born in a mountainous barangay in Clarin, Misamis Occidental. He grew up in the countryside and struggled hard to support himself as a working student to finish his college and law education.

Having experienced poverty firsthand, it has been his aspiration in public service to uplift the lives of Misamisnons of the 2nd District of Misamis Occidental through a sustained economic growth and development of the area. Rep. Oaminal is known to his constituents and colleagues in the House of Representatives as a hardworking, diligent and even makulit public servant who would relentlessly and tirelessly pursue his targets and agendas for his district.
