1.Party’s agreed to take very good care of the apartment. 2.Parties agreed not to turn premises to public business. 3.Pet allowed. 4.You’re allowed to register with my apartment. 5.Party’s agreed to make deposit payment and confirm the receipt to me or my lawyer to show his/her seriousness towards the contract before moving in. 6.Party’s agreed to stay in the apartment with maximum number of 4 tenant’s . 7.Party’s agreed not to make unnecessary noise that could disturb neighborhood.
