cross the globe, people who had never given the stock market or interest rates a second thought have begun paying attention to the financial news. A stumbling world economy has put all of us on notice that it’s not easy to find financial security in today’s volatile world. We wonder if it’s possible to find a financial planner who can help us navigate these financial storms. In this adaptation of the Discovery House book The Parables: Understanding What Jesus Meant, Gary Inrig looks at the teaching of our Lord in three stories about money. We may need other financial planners to help us figure out how to stay afloat in today’s dangerous monetary waters, but we will never find anyone with more wisdom and concern for our own well-being than Jesus, our Divine Planner.
