Description: Amends the “Oklahoma Equal Opportunity Education Scholarship Act.” When an “eligible special needs student” who has been provided services under an Individual Service Plan through the SoonerStart program, and deemed eligible for school district services and approved by a board of scholarship-granting organization, they will be eligible of up to $5,000 or 80% of the statewide annual average per-pupil expenditure.
