Here’s how to measure your ideal heel height so that you can worry less about them making you uncomfortable.

Sit on a chair and extend your leg straight out in front of you. Relax your ankles and feet so that it goes into its natural incline.

Measure the distance between the bottom of your heel and the point where the ball of your foot bends.

This natural incline affects how high your heels should be.
