CRSD: What is your position and experience at Newco?
CRSD: Congratulations on your new bakery in Clifton, New Jersey. What is your vision for this new facility?
DP: I’ve been a sales representative for Newco Enterprises for eight years. My territory includes the Northeast U.S., inclusive of Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey through New England.
DM: To start, to bake more of our core products, like lavash and flatbreads, and, certainly, to expand our line of Brooklyn Bred® Bistro Breads, which continue to be a wonderful growth segment for our company.
CRSD: What are some examples of rising trends in the c-stores in your territory?
