Summary. In the book that I choose, it relate two histories with a lot of points of view. The main history is Step’s and Gin’s history: After two years in New York, Step returns to Rome. He tries to heal his love wound with some easy girls but he can’t forget his love with Babi, but he knows that he must rebuild his live in Italy; make new friends, work from his father... One day, he went to the petrol station and Gin tries to rob his petrol. At this moment he meet Gin and he invites her to dinner. She’s a beautiful girl. She’s photographer and dancer in a TV advertisement. They falling in love, and all is good for Step. But, when all is perfect, he meet again with Babi in one party. She tell him that she’ll marry with his new couple and Step tell her that he has girlfriend, but there aren’t only words... Step was decide to tell Gin that he was be unfaithful with her, the night that he meet again with Babi. Gin was be offended and she run away, crying. At this moment, Step’s mom was seriously sick. Finally they make peace but, she dies. Step was write one letter that, later, he’ll burn, because it’s a Gin’s tradition. The book finish with this letter. And the other is Claudio’s and Rafaella’s history. Claudio is Babi’s father. He’s married with Rafaella, but now, he meet one girl, Francesca. He meet with her, but Rafaella doesn’t know it. One day, Rafaella was look the bank’s credits and she was scared. Some person was extract a lot of money, and some person was buy a women’s present. Her anniversary will be soon, and she didn’t suppose that this present was a present for Francesca. Claudio was very discreet with this matter. But, one day, the issue get out of hand... Claudio was leave to his work, and he meet with Francesca at nine o’clock. Francesca was send a sms to Claudio, but, Rafaella has his telephone. She was send another sms, but pass herself off as Claudio and she get the place and the time where Claudio meet with ‘F’. Rafaella went to the hotel, where Francesca was waiting Claudio. She meet Francesca, and they have an argue. Finnally, Rafaella was know all the story that Claudio hide himself. Finally Rafaella destroy all Claudio’s clothes and he runs away. This book tell these stories from some points of view, like Gin, Paolo and Step’s point of view.

Language and techniques. The original book is written in Italian but it was translate to other languages like Spanish, Chinese, English ... The author use a lot of metaphors and short phrases. Personally I like his system to write his beautiful books.

Personal opinion to the plot. This is my favourite book. I love the argument, the method that the Author use to connect two differently stories and his method of characterize all the characters. He use very short phrases, I like it, because it gives stress to all the events. Federico Moccia is my favourite author, because he writes like a teenage boy or girl, and all his arguments are great. He tries to infiltrates in a teenager’s life, to make his stories. He tells teenager’s problems, love stories, relationships and all in a teenager’s life. He gets write a very beautiful novel, a bestseller and, I hope, that he’ll write an third part. Federico Moccia has a series of love books, but if I have to choose only one, I'll choose Tengo ganas de ti.
