Academic project: From the design of an existing house in some part of the world, taken from www.archdaily.com, the general architectural drawings are replicated using the AutoCAD tool, to make a proposal of adaptation to the local constructive customs.
Proposal:â€‹ It is part of a house in Australia designed by the company Arkhefield built in 2008. Architectural plans, sections and elevations are reproduced using AutoCAD software, and to illustrate the adaptation proposal.

DESIGN AND FREEHAND DRAWING OF A THREE-FLOOR HOUSE â€‹Mississauga, Canada Studio - April 2019 Academic project: Design and freehand drawing of a three-story house whose user is the classroom teacher. 150 square meters built on three floors. The house should include space for laundry, garage, social area, two bathrooms, main room, space for a guest, study and a space to practice yoga.

The proposal seeks the use of energy resources, including solar panels, windows highlighted in the southern part to take advantage of the sun, consider the location of the house. A green cover is also included to help the thermal and acoustic comfort of the house. Likewise, the northern part is more closed to thermally protect the house. Inside, the staircase is proposed as the central element that organizes the space of the house, favoring the functionality of the space.

DESIGN AND FREEHAND DRAWING OF A BUNGALOW â€‹Studio - March 2019
Academic project: â€‹ Design of a Bungalow for a person with reduced mobility for the elderly. Area built 50 square meters. Design with open space limiting the number of internal walls.
Proposal: The design concept is the circularity to facilitate the tours of the users in the house. An interior space derived from a circular central core is proposed, around which access to the different basic spaces of the house are generated. The central module functions as a closet and, due to its circularity, it also becomes the supporting structure for the television that can be moved in a circular direction and be used from different points of the house (living room, dining room and bedroom). The house has the basic functional spaces: laundry, kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom and bathroom. The dimensions of circulation and access are calculated to facilitate mobility and tour in the wheelchair. The central core includes internally a structural column that also allows the passage of light inside the house. It has a butterfly-style roof, a wraparound window at the height of the user's eyes with reduced mobility, a corner window in the dining room and upper windows in the bedroom.

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW DATA CENTER IN A BANK Mexico City January 2017-February 2018 Project: Design of the Data Center in the outskirts of Mexico City in a new building with initial use for offices, which was structurally reinforced to support the loads received by the construction of the Data Center, applying local regulations. Coordinated work with the structural engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer and draftsman.
Role: Architectural coordination, design of construction details, interior design of the project applying LEED architecture concepts, landscaping and technical supervision. Budget project: Around 3 million dollars. Approximate built area: 1000 square meters. Construction of the building finished in June 2018.

For the closing of the rooftop, it was considered an artificial foliage to clean the industrial aspect of the roof, giving the appearance of a "roof garden". Cover was used of the artificial Arrayan type to avoid its maintenance and consequently the damage to the machines due to the falling of the leaves and the cleaning.

URBANISM FOR CLIMATE CHANGE Cartagena - Colombia 2016
This project was developed due to the floods that the waterway presents, in a poor neighborhood in the city of Cartagena. Basically the proposal considered a controlled â€œFlood parkâ€?, at different times of the year according to the station. Urban landscaping was design along with housing profile.
The concept of the project includes converting the waterway space into an urban space friendly with the inhabitants, which according to the season, allows its use as a park, also giving an aesthetic component to the place and including considerations of type and location of trees and other elements according to the needs of the place in climatic terms.
