Our school is situated in the heart of the main shopping and business area of Burleigh Heads. Opposite our school is the world famous surfing beach, Burleigh Heads. On arrival at our School you will participate in an orientation programme which includes information about living on the Gold Coast. You will also be assessed to ensure that you are placed in a class that best suits your English level.

Intensive General English (CRICOS Course Code: 046700C)

General English is our most popular programme. This course is designed for students who would like to improve their English ability and confidence in all skill areas. The curriculum includes the use of classroom textbooks and a variety of structured activities to improve speaking, listening, vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, reading and writing skills. Students are assessed regularly and homework is assigned daily. Progress reports are given throughout the course and all students receive a formal certificate of attainment on completion of their course. Course Duration 1 - 52 weeks Course Start Dates You can start the Intensive General English course on any Monday except public holidays. Campus Burleigh Heads Course Decription 25 hours per week (20 hours classroom based plus 5 hours After school study) 12 week modules Students are able to move to the next level, if their abilities show they are capable.

FCE PREPARATION (CRICOS Course Code: 056201F)

We offer FCE Course. It is commonly known as: Cambridge Exam Preparation-First Certificate (FCE) course.Our preparation course is a 12-week course designed for students who want to do the FCE exam and for high level students who wish to increase their English skills and accuracy.(Entry point is 5.5 in IELTS) Course Duration 12 weeks Course Start Dates You can start the Intensive General English course on any Monday except public holidays. Campus Burleigh Heads Course Decription 20 hours per week 1. Weekly mock exams, writing tasks and one-to-one consultations with your teacher. 2. Work with a variety of topics similar to those on the exam and in academic settings. 3. Employ a wider range of academic vocabulary in your written and spoken English. 4.Use and understand increasingly complex language. 5. Write accurate reports and academic essays that focus on the requirements of the exam. 6.Read and listen to longer, complex, academic texts. 7. Use a wide range of the examination techniques that will help you get your best Itest score.

BUSINESS ENGLISH (CRICOS Course Code: 056200G)

The Business English course is specifically designed for Intermediate plus students who wish to improve their English within a business context and also for students who wish to prepare for Cambridge BEC Exams.This course equips students with knowledge and language to use in business situations. The curriculum includes the use of various textbooks and readings, a variety of structured activities,strategies and tasks.Suitable for all visas. Please contact us for starting dates and course availability. Course Duration 28 weeks. 20 hours classes per week (plus optional self access – self study).
