ORU has a pair of Top-10 victories under Coach Scott Sutton. Last season, the Golden Eagles topped No. 8 Xavier (64-42), handing the Musketeers their worst loss ever inside the Cintas Center. In 2006, ORU topped No. 3 Kansas and former ORU head coach Bill Self.
Total combined years of experience in an ORU uniform for this year’s roster with only five players returning. This comes a year after ORU returned essentially six starters going into the 2011-12 season.
The Golden Eagles have made six postseason appearances in the last eight years, including three trips to the NCAA Tournament. That number is the most postseason appearances of any Southland Conference team.
Senior center Damen Bell-Holter has 92 career blocks and is currently seventh all-time at ORU. Bell-Holter swatted 24 shots last year, but had an incredible 50 blocks during the 2010-11 season. Another season like that would vault him to fourth overall.

If he matches that number in his final campaign, he will finish with 259 in fourth overall. Greg Sutton, who dominated at the NAIA ranks, leads the record books with 438 career 3-pointers.
