Mr. Vijay Gupta began his journey when he laid the foundation of Orris in 2007. His dream to usher India into a new era prompted him to conceive and create Orris. From being a land consolidator and financier, to starting his own real estate division, he has come a long way scripting successes on his way. Owing to his spectacular endeavors, the company has been honoured by the industry with the prestigious 'Emerging Residential Infrastructure Company of Year 2010'. W ith an unbelievable land bank of 2000 acres, from which about 20 million sq. ft. of area under construction, we have recognized the true potential of land in New Gurgaon and Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida. In the last five years, Orris has had a great spell. With our expertise, experience and learnings, we have identified and successfully implemented two specific business models: •Projects developed & delivered by Orris independently, and •Projects developed & delivered via strategic joint ventures with reputed companies
