Town prepares its FY 18-19 budget
The Summer Program Guide is here!
Town staff has been hard at work preparing the Town Manager’s Recommended Budget for Fiscal Year 2018-19, which begins July 1, 2018. As part of that process, the Town once again hosted an online budget questionnaire in early February, giving residents an opportunity to indicate their budget priorities for the Town. Residents still have two more opportunities to weigh in on the budget at Public Hearings scheduled for Wednesday, May 16 and Wednesday, June 6. Both meetings begin at 6 p.m. and are held in Council Chambers at 11000 N. La Cañada Drive. To learn more about the budget, visit the budget information page at www.orovalleyaz.gov.
The Summer 2018 Program Guide is here, including all the details on summer camps, special events and recreational classes for all ages! Pick up a hard copy at the Oro Valley Community Center or Town Hall, or view online at www.orovalleyaz.gov.
Mark your calendars for the Oro Valley July 4th Celebration & Fireworks at Naranja Park! 5-9:30 p.m., fireworks begin at 9 p.m. Live entertainment, more than 15 food trucks, free kids activities, including jumping castles and crafts.
