he final sitting of 'Establishing Authorized Examination and Documentation Center in Ankara for National Qualifications Machine Installation Level 3 and Level 4 and Machine Maintenance Level 4' project of the Turkish Machinery Fed-eration (MAKFED), was carried out in Ankara. In the framework of the project initiated in July, 2016, while the necessary infrastructure for the three national qualifications was being established, an agreement was reached with the Erkunt Vocational Training Center equipped with necessary equipments as the theoreti-cal and practical examination area. The MAKFED MEYEM project is also important for improving the
employability and income levels of the unemployed and low-income workers for the machinery sector. This is important not only in supporting the lifelong learning process of people, but also in developing a qualified, documented workforce percept. With the project, activities will be carried out in the field of documenting the individu-als in order to determine the qualifications of the employees and to make them compatible with the employment markets in this framework.
