STEAMER POTS TO GO! How To Prepare Your Masterpiece 1. REMOVE LID If your pot includes shrimp and/or crab legs, remove and set aside 2. POUR IN 4 CUPS OF LIQUID Wine, beer or water POTATOES, SAUSAGE, CORN STAY IN POT 3. ADD 1/2 SPICE MIX From pouch included to liquid. 4. PUT LID BACK ON & STAB 5 HOLES IN IT. (with knife or ice pic • PLEASE BE CAREFUL) 5. PLACE POT ON STOVE or GRILL HIGH Setting 6. ONCE THERE IS STEAM Coming out of the holes in the lid, REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM HIGH 7. COOK/STEAM on MEDIUM for 20 MINUTES 8. REMOVE FROM HEAT After 20 minutes of steaming ... 9. REMOVE LID CAREFULLY steam is very hot! (Add clams here) 10. ADD THE SPICED SHRIMP & CRAB LEGS. Add more liquid if needed THEN RETURN TO BOIL Add remaining spice mix. 11. REPLACE LID CAREFULLY AND STEAM FOR ANOTHER 5-10 MINUTES Or until shrimp are solid pink 12. SHUT OFF HEAT CAREFULLY REMOVE LID
