Houndslake Country Club JUNE NEWSLETTER CLUBHOUSE STAFF

MANAGER’S MESSAGE Dear Members, I hope that this letter finds you enjoying the summer season and all of the facilities at Houndslake. It is a privilege to welcome all of our newest Members to the Club. On behalf of the entire staff, we look forward to serving you soon at the Club. We are encouraged that our membership has grown the past couple of months and are hopeful that this trend will continue. We kindly ask that you share the Houndslake Membership information to your friends, family, and co-workers. The management team is excited about the short and long term plans for the Club. These plans would not be possible without your support of the Club. We will continue to have our Family Buffet Night, Ladies Night, Twilight Leagues, and Live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday. We intend to provide unique activities and themes throughout the year that the entire membership can enjoy such as our Luau with Palmetto Groove on Friday, June 21. Dress festively and party with Aiken’s favorite band. We look forward to seeing you at these events and ask for you to counsel us in how we can modify these and other activities to better address your needs. Father’s Day is coming! This day gives us a chance to say “Thank You” to all of the Dads for everything that they do. We hope that you plan to celebrate this special occasion here at Houndslake. Does your Dad want a special gift for Father’s Day? The Golf Shop can help you with many specials such as 30% discounts of all soft goods for the week leading up to Father’s Day. If you would like to spend some quality time fishing and golfing with your Dad, then sign up for our Father’s Day Tournament. On Sunday, June 16, Chef Daniel will prepare a special Father’s Day Brunch to enjoy with the special Father in your life. You may have noticed some of the renovations to the Pool and the Golf Course restrooms. Some of our immediate plans include improvements to the Grill Room and leveling and sodding several of our tee boxes on the Golf Course. We look forward to completing many new projects in the near future. As always, we hope that you are taking full advantage of the Club and are enjoying your Membership. If we can be of any service to you, please let us know. Sincerely,
