Smoked Dinner The use of smoke to flavor and preserve food as well as cook it has been around for centuries the world over. In April we will prepare dishes using smoked fish and shellfish, meat, sausage, veggies and fruit. Our friend Heath Karesh from Treasury Wine Estates will be us.
