FIRST COURSE (choice of one)

Pomegranate Chop Salad Mesculin mix, Gorganzola cheese, walnuts and cranberries tossed in a Pomegranate Vinaigrette. Goat Cheese Salad Mixed greens, sliced onions and fennel topped with a warm goat cheese in a white Balsamic Vinaigrette. Caesar Salad Classic Caesar dressing, Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese and croutons

SECOND COURSE (choice of one)

Steak Tidbits Marinated sliced tidbits served over garlic toast with melted mozzarella cheese Smoked Salmon Served with a cream cheese dipping sauce. Tomato Bruschetta Two seasoned and toasted Crustinis topped with a fresh tomato and red onion Bruschetta and shaved parmesan cheese. Stuffed Artichoke Stuffed with Basmati rice, Mushrooms and seasoned toasted bread crumbs.


THIRD COURSE (choice of one)

Rack of Lamb Seasoned and grilled, brushed with a mint jelly glaze. Salmon Florentine Salmon, spinach, bacon and Feta cheese in a Hollandaise sauce. Glazed Pork Chops Center cut pork chops, grilled and then glazed with a Pomegranate Bbq sauce. Roasted ½ Duck Partially de-boned and served crispy in an orange and Apricot Brandy cream sauce. Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon Seasoned, wrapped in bacon and grilled, finished with a mushroom Merlot sauce. Seafood Pasta House made Parpadelle pasta with sautÊed clams, mussels and calamari in a spicy wine sauce. Chicken Dijonaise Chicken stuffed with sliced ham and cheese, breaded and fried and served in a Dijonaise cream sauce. Grilled Duck Breast Grilled and topped with and orange glaze with apricots, cranberries and toasted Macadamia nuts. Manor House Stuffed Shells Large pasta shells stuffed with ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, sauteed spinach and roasted red peppers, served in a marinara sauce. Flat Iron Au Poivre Flat Iron steak encrusted with peppercorns and served in a whiskey cream sauce. Honey Glazed Ham Sliced spiral ham baked in a tangy honey glaze and served with a sausage and cranberry stuffing.
