The Lamb Dinner Banquet Menu

Our banquet menu consists of a three course meal. Please select a soup or a salad for a starting course, two entrees, and one potato for the main meal, and a dessert for the final course. Entrees will come with the Chef’s selection of seasonal vegetables. You as the host/hostess will predetermine your guest selections prior to the banquet. The only choice given to your guests will be the choice of entrÊe. Pasta entrees do not include potato or vegetable. The Lamb Memorial Luncheon Menu $19.99 Per Adult

Thank you for choosing The Lamb for your reception. We would first like to extend our condolences to you and

your family. Our Luncheon menu consists of a three course sit-down meal. You and your guests will begin with a house

salad of seasonal mixed greens accompanied by a side of our Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing and fresh rolls and butter.

For the main course, please choose up to two main entrees to be offered to your guests. If there are any specialty dietary needs such as gluten free or vegetarian meals, we will be happy to accommodate those guests. All main entrees receive a

mixed vegetable and red bliss potatoes, with the exception of the Chicken Parmigiana which receives Penne Pasta Marinara. For the final course please choose one dessert for everyone. Included with your luncheon throughout are

fresh coffee & tea, and soft beverages. Bar arrangements can be made on a consumption basis.

Our menu price does not include the six percent sales tax and eighteen percent service charge. We kindly ask for

an estimated guest count at the time of reservation to help us prepare our staff and an appropriate room. Please take a few moments to make a list of all family and close friends expected to come from the cemetery to our facility. On the day of the luncheon, please ask your funeral director to call us with a guest count at the cemetery and an estimated arrival

time. We only charge for the guests in attendance however we kindly ask for the service charge to be at least on your

predetermined minimum to compensate the staff.

If there are any children under the age of 12 in attendance, we will offer them Chicken Fingers & French Fries with

a side of Fresh Fruit, Ice Cream for dessert and a beverage.
