RAINMAKER Discussion The Customer Experience • All good marketing is about positioning. • Upfront needs to be about the customer, not you. • People want content before they want a pitch. • Overtime, content is how they start to know you, like you, and trust you. • People are buying a lifestyle, built around content you send. • Clients don't care about awards you've won. • They care about the service and experience you deliver. • Don't compete on price either, we should compete on service.
