VENUE OPTIONS Assembly Room The largest ballroom in Hawke’s Bay, the Assembly offers 440 sq metres of infinite possibility. A grand, elegant space complete with arched ceilings hung with chandeliers, an in-built raised stage and sprung wooden dance floor, The Assembly has the flexibility to be configured to suit the individual requirements of your event. Within our conference model the Assembly Room has a wide range of uses, i.e. Breakout Space, Conference Dinner, Exhibition Space. Also within the Assembly Room are two spaces adjacent which can also be used as additional break out spaces for your conference. Venue

Shakespeare Room The Shakespeare is an elegant space suited for smaller social or corporate functions. It offers the versatility to be configured theatre, banquet, classroom or cocktail style, and comes with a separate catering and bar space. Within our conference model the Plaza has a wide range of uses, i.e. Breakout Space, Conference Dinner Pre-Drinks. For something a little different, ask our team about using the Shakespeare Room for your Conference Dinner entertainment! Venue

Conference Suite Rooms The Conference Suite consists of three rooms that can be easily customised. With plenty of options, we can cater for all your conference and business needs including modular furniture, polycom conference phone, wall mounted LCD TV, wireless broadband and access to a spacious catering area. The adjoining foyer and balcony are ideal spaces for breaks in the Hawke’s Bay sun! Venue

Technical packages of any size or description can be designed, installed and customised to suit your exact requirements.

CATERING OPTIONS Dish Foods Ltd are our exclusive catering partners based on-site within the Hawke’s Bay Opera House building. The team bring together many years of experience in catering for events both large and small and will personally work with you together with your Hawke’s Bay Opera House Event manager to customise a menu specifically tailored to meet your requirements and budget. WHERE TO FROM HERE 1. Make an enquiry Please click here to complete our online enquiry form OR contact one of our team below: 2. Availability Once we’ve received your enquiry, we will build you a customised proposal detailing your arrangements. 3. Interested in a Famil? We’d love to meet with you and your events team to show you through the venue! Make a time to meet with us, we will discuss your options thoroughly with you, answering any questions you have as we walk through the venue. This is also a great opportunity to meet with our catering team from Dish Catering. We can talk through the type of menu and food style that fits your vision for your event. 4. Lock it in! We will confirm your booking and send you all of the necessary paper work to sign and send back – this will include: Venue Hire Agreement, our general Terms and Conditions plus an invoice for your deposit. 5. It’s official! Once we receive all signed paperwork and your deposit is paid, your event is confirmed! Our Event Manager will work closely with you from this point to ensure everything is as easy for you as possible.
