Korth Sunseri Hagey Architects offers a full range of ardchitectural services including master planning, building design, interior design, residential design, theater design, space planning, historic renovation, country club design and project management. To date, the firm has completed construction of projects providing over 10,000,000 square feet of space/ The firm offers am unrelenting commitment to design, technology, detailing, management and construction coordination that brings added value and insures a high quality end product.

8 GREEN GROUNDS Oracle is working to decrease its environmental footprint by reducing the amount of energy it uses to heat, cool, light, and maintain its corporate offices. Starting with the design and construction of Oracle’s headquarters campus in Redwood Shores, the company employed energy efficient solutions for lighting, air conditioning and water use. This approach continued with the design of Oracle’s massive data center in Austin, TX— which is powered by 25 percent renewable energy. Today, Oracle is committed to extending energy conservation to its facilities across the globe. In addition to lower-tech conservation measures such as turning off monitors overnight, reducing lighting in hallways and stairwells, and replacing incandescent lighting with compact-fluorescent lights, Oracle now includes high-tech energysaving features as part of the design process when constructing new buildings.

11 OPEN ELEGANCE Korth Sunseri Hagey Architects worked to created Oracle Headquarters as be a space that follows Oracle’s standards of care and regard for both its innovators at work as well as its surrounding environment. Vast office space in combination with spacious shared space makes Oracle HQ the ideal space for productive tech-based workflow in the midst of a green oasis. Brandishing elegant and environmentally-unobtrusive design, Oracle’s headquarters in Redwood Shores, California literally and reflects the environment surrounding it— an ideal which carries through both in KHSA’s slick design and in the way Oracle runs it’s world-class business.
12 INTENT in DEFINITION The Oracle Campus has become an icon known throughout the world, representing one of the most successful software companies in history. The 8 to 16 story office buildings are compositions of rectangular are compositions of rectangular and cylindrical forms that respond to various site conditions around a lagoon that is an extension of San Francisco Bay. The materials are a combination of bluegreen glass curtain wall, to recall the imagery of water, and white pre-cast concrete, which dramatically defines the buildingâ€™s form.
14 EFFICIENCY in FORM The entire project provides over 1.5 million square feet of office space, multiple marking structures and other amenities including the 50,000 square foot Oracle Fitness Center. While the unique composition of forms creates a dynamic architectural statement, the buildings provide extremely efficient and flexible floor space. This project was completed prior to the formation of Korth Sunseri Hagey Architects.
