#1 - the market Through applying industry knowledge and market data, we will identify the best time, price, and marketing strategy to sell your home. #3 - the price The goal is to price your home to attract a ready, willing, and able buyer. To arrive at a price, a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) will be performed. This will compare the price, condition, and likeness of homes like yours in your area. Once pricing averages are understood, the current market analysis and the condition of your home is taken into account.
