CAMPGROUND RULES CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES: CAMPSITES 3:00pm / 1:00pm CABINS 4:00pm / 11:00am • CAMPERS and their GUESTS/VISITORS must register at the office and pay a fee upon arrival. Day guests will need to leave the campground by 9:00pm. Please pre-register day guests before 11:00am. No more than 8 people per campsite including day guests. Late checkout is available for a fee to stay in the park until 6:00PM, subject to availability—please check with a reservations team member. • ALL VEHICLES must display a valid car pass, which is to be hung from the rearview mirror of the vehicle. The speed limit is 5mph throughout the campground. These are two of our most important policies and they are strictly enforced.
• NO CUTTING or chopping of any standing trees, dead or alive. No defacing or damaging trees with knives, nails, axes or saws. There will be a $200 fee per tree if damage occurs. Firewood can be purchased at the store. All electric or gaspowered saws are prohibited. To prevent the spread of invasive bugs that can severely damage our environment, no outside firewood may be brought into the campground. • TRASH PICK-UP: Please place your bagged trash curbside at your campsite for pickup every day. A friendly ranger will be by before dusk to pick it up! Hot ash receptacles for your BBQ, and fire pit ashes are located throughout the park. Please don’t use hot ash cans for trash or dump hot ash at your campsite. Doing so creates a fire hazard.
• WRISTBANDS must be worn at all times.
• PERSONAL GOLF CARTS, scooters, motorized kiddie cars and motorbikes of any kind are prohibited.
• ONE CAR PER CAMPSITE. Additional vehicles must park in the overflow lot with a valid car pass.
• NO BICYCLE riding after dark. California law requires minors under the age of 18 to wear helmets while riding their bikes.
• JET SKIS AND BOATS are not allowed in the campground for safety reasons. Arrangements can be made with the marina for storage. Call (209) 283-1589 to contact the marina.
• SWIMMING POOL rules are posted at the pool. Failure to comply with these rules will result in loss of pool privileges. Swim diaper use (for babies and toddlers) is strictly enforced.
• ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES may be consumed at your campsite. Alcoholic beverages are permitted at the pool but NOT in glass containers. When carrying alcoholic beverages around, they need to be in a koozie or plastic cup. Please be respectful of your neighbor campers at your site. We are a family-oriented campground. • WASHING OF TRAILERS OR VEHICLES is prohibited. • SEALS MUST be used on all SEWER CONNECTIONS. Dumping of gray, sink, or black water onto the ground is prohibited. • Do not wash clothing or dishes in the restrooms. Sinks are available for washing. • YOUNG CHILDREN must be accompanied by an adult in the restrooms, laundry, pool, and recreation areas. Children must be at their site by 11:00pm daily. • ONE CAMPING UNIT per site, with the exception of a small, twoperson tent on RV sites. Limit of 8 people per site including day visitors. • KEEP FIRES SMALL and in fire rings. Do not burn fires when county is under burn ban. Do not leave fires unattended. Ensure fires are extinguished before retiring. DO NOT MOVE FIRE RINGS! There is an automatic $25 charge for any moved fire rings. • USE OF FIREWORKS and FIREARMS are prohibited.
• NO INFLATABLE or plastic pools allowed at sites. • QUIET HOURS are 10:00pm-8:00am Sunday thru Thursday and 11:00pm-8:00am Friday and Saturday. All campers must observe quiet hours by regulating their activities so that others will not be disturbed. • WE RESERVE the right to ask guests to leave (without a refund) for violating the rules of good camping, destroying property, or creating a disturbance. • DO NOT MOVE picnic tables. There is a $25 fee for moving picnic tables. Entrance to the resort constitutes permission for the management of Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ Camp- Resort at Tower Park™ to photograph anyone while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the individual. The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoor environment including but not exclusively, the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions, and agrees that the Camp-Resort and its owners, agents, and employees are not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes.
