There is no charge for the use, but a parent/adult must sign out equipment and will be responsible for damages. GOLF CARTS and other personal motor vehicles can be operated by anyone 16 and older with a valid driver’s license. Permits are required for all personal golf carts. Bikes should be parked in bicycle rack. Do not leave bicycles laying on the sidewalks or left in parking lot spaces. Bicycles should not be ridden after dark. LIABILITY: Management has the right to enter any site or Park area when necessary to communicate with guests and for routine maintenance tasks. Management must be able to mow grass freely without obstacles. We are not responsible for property damage, accidents or articles lost or stolen. PROPANE is filled during regular business hours. We fill individual and motorhome tanks. ALCOHOL: Alcoholic beverages must be kept at your campsite. SEVERE WEATHER Camping is an outdoor experience! We cannot give discounts, credits or refunds due to inclement weather. Nashville is in Davidson County and is on Central Time. In case of impending severe weather, you may take shelter in either of the two bathhouses. Stay near the interior block walls and away from windows. This could be safer than being in your RV.

I agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection my undertaking of these Risks. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I specifically acknowledge that Camp-Resort is not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such Risks. I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor children that accompany me, and I hereby consent to the foregoing on his/her behalf. If you do not wish to agree to these terms, then you should not enter the Premises.
