PLEASE UNDERSTAND AND ADHERE TO THESE POLICIES
We don’t like to use the word “NO” but there is a reason for our policies: We want you to enjoy your stay as well as protect our resort for your future visits. Additionally, the resort does not issue refunds for service disruptions, inclement weather or circumstances that are beyond our ability to control.
• NO MATS OR TENTS ON THE GRASS (the grass may be dormant, but it is not dead).
• DO NOT MOVE PICNIC TABLES from site to site and DO NOT use the rental cabins, fire pits, barbecues or tables.
• YOUR SLIDE OUTS CANNOT exceed past the pedestal line into your neighbor’s site.
• OUR GUESTS do not want to step in your pet’s waste or have your animals make waste on their sites. Utilize the Pet Walk areas where possible and do the responsible thing – PICK UP AFTER THEM. For the protection of, and in consideration to other customers and guests, noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not allowed at this resort. Pets must be kept on a maximum 10 foot leash at all times (this includes cats).
• DO NOT TETHER OR HANG ANYTHING in our trees or bushes (Bird Feeders are OK).
• NO SLEEPING in non-camping vehicles (such as cars or minivans).
• NO VEHICLE PARKING on the grass (irrigation/sprinklers are present).
• PRE-REGISTER ALL GUESTS. SUPERVISE YOUR CHILDREN. All guests arriving in their own vehicle will be charged a guest fee and provided with a proper placard. Do Not Share Gate Code.
• CHECK YOUR SPEED, many narrow roads and pedestrians are abundant.
• NO WEAPONS – this is a private property. AZ State Gun Laws DO NOT APPLY HERE. You may not carry any type of deadly weapon outside of your vehicle. All firearms must remain unloaded while at the resort.
