Traders Village RV Park Rules

RESERVATIONS/SITE FEES: Advance reservations are recommended. Please call our office or go online to tradersvillage.com to make reservations and pay site fees.

CHECK-IN: Please check in with office for site number and car tags.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out must be approved by office before 10:00 am. Any late check- not approved by office will be charged for an additional night.

SITE ASSIGNMENT: Please do not change from assigned site without office approval.

PARKING: Please do not park on grass between concrete pads or on vacant sites. Extra vehicles, trailers, etc. may be parked in designated areas as directed by RV office.

PETS: No more than 2 per site. All pets must be kept on a leash and walked in designated area only. At all times, pets must be kept under control, quiet, and cleaned up after. No pets may be left in the park unattended and they must be kept inside at night.

CHILDREN: Adults are responsible for the supervision and actions of children in their party as well as being financially liable for any damage they might cause. No children allowed for more than 2 weeks unless approved by the office.

WASHING/REPAIR OF VEHICLES: Washing of RV is allowed. If you make repairs, they are by permission from the office only.

SWIMMING POOL: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Open seasonally Tuesday - Sunday from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm. CLOSED MONDAYS. Bathing suits only. No cutoffs or clothes. Children must be accompanied by an adult, 18 or over. All persons use pool at their own risk. Pool is for registered campers only. Absolutely no glass in pool area.

SPEED LIMIT: For your safety and protection, please observe a 10 mph speed limit while operating motorized vehicles in park. No motorized or battery powered vehicles/cycles may be operated in the park for any reason other than transportation into and out of the park.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. Anything considered a nuisance to the peace and solitude of others will not be tolerated.

DAMAGE: Damage or destruction of any property will be paid for by the responsible party. Management is not responsible for damage, injury, theft or loss by accident or fire to either property or person of any guest.

TRASH: Please keep RV site clean at all times. Place trash in large refuse containers. Please don’t litter.

RECREATION EQUIPMENT AND USE: All facilities are used at your own risk. Equipment rental is located in the front office for shuffleboard court, putting green and horseshoes.

EMERGENCY: In the event of an emergency notify the RV Office at 281-890-5500 or go to the phone located near pool at the REC HALL ENTRANCE and DIAL 911 for police, fire or ambulance.

LAUNDRY: No clotheslines permitted. Laundromat is located on the west end of the property.

GUESTS: Registered RV Park guests are responsible for their guests complying with above rules.

TRADERS VILLAGE: Reserves the right to refuse service at any time. Any right granted to overnight visitors in the RV Park is through a revocable license, which may be revoked at any time. Under no circumstances should you consider yourself a tenant with a lease.

WEEKEND EXITING: Exit from the southeast corner of the property, out of the main exit.
