• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in any public building including resort restrooms. Please use the ashtrays.
• Storage on Site: Open trailers, boats, utility trailers are only permitted for short term stays on pull-thru sites. Approved Rubbermaid storage units only, 1 per site (annual guests only). Outdoor furniture only. Tarps are prohibited. All other items should be stored in out-of-sight locations.
• Motorized Vehicles: All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license. Night vehicles must display lights. Speed limit is 10 mph for all vehicles, scooters, golf carts and bikes.
• Parking: Parking on grass, street and empty lots is prohibited (not allowed), you will be fined the current daily rate for each day you violate this rule - habitual offense vehicle will be towed at your expense. The pool parking lot is for day use. NO overnight parking will be permitted without a parking pass (must see office to register). Do not park in front of the laundry room. ALL GUESTS 30 DAYS OR LONGER MUST SECURE A STORAGE SITE FOR 2ND VEHICLE (NO EXCEPTIONS). ANY UNIDENTIFIABLE VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE.

GUIDELINES
• Check-Out Time: Check-in time is 12:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. 2-Hour Early or Late Check in/out may be available for $30. Please contact office in advance of arrival.
• Gate Key: Upon departure, return gate key to office or mail slot.
• Quiet Hours: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please do not leave vehicles running between these hours.
• Children: For the safety of your children, all children under the age of 13 must be with an adult 18 years or older while visiting any recreation area within the resort.
• Visitors: The charge for overnight visitors 13 and up is $4.00 per day.
• Sewer Connection: Use the Orange/green cap to connect sewer.
• Pets: Maximum of 2 dogs. Aggressive pets are not allowed. ALL PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH not to exceed 6 ft. No retractable leashes. Walk your pet in the approved areas and clean up immediately after your pet. Pets are prohibited in all public building and restrooms. Please do not leave your pet unattended or tied up.
• Changing Sites: You must have approval from the office before changing sites.
• Laundry: Machines are card operated; a laundry card can be purchased at the laundry room (cash only with a $5.00 bill). Please follow the instructions at the card machine for purchasing and reloading. Be considerate of others and remove clothes promptly. Clothing is not permitted to be hung to dry at site, only bathing suits and pool towels. Please use public clothesline provided in storage area.
