Resort Guidelines We hope your stay at Sunset Point on Lake LBJ is very enjoyable and we are here to assist you if needed. For the safety and convenience of all guests at our resort, please abide by the following guidelines during your stay with us. We appreciate your cooperation. Sunset Point on Lake LBJ is not responsible for personal property theft, damage, or injury during your stay at the park. Please take all precautions necessary to safeguard yourself and your personal property during your stay. RV MUST BE 12 YEARS OLD OR NEWER • At check-in you sign a receipt that states you will abide by all resort rules. If you do not abide by resort rules, you will be required by management to leave the park without a refund. It is your responsibility to read and follow resort policies. Resort rules and policies are subject to change by management at any time. • Your deposit guarantees a reservation but not a specific RV site. We reserve the right to change your RV site prior to check-in, if necessary. • Sunset Point RV Resort quiet time is 10 pm until 8 am. • You will be given a temporary gate code at check-in for entry to the resort when the gates are closed. You will not give the gate code to any person that is not a paid, registered, or overnight guest at the resort. • No smoking is allowed in any resort building. Cigarette butts are trash and must be disposed of properly, not on the ground. • Washing of RVs and/or vehicles is not allowed. Use of RV generators is prohibited in Resort. • Pet policy: Sunset Point does not accept particular breeds (Doberman, Pit Bull, Rottweiler) that insurance providers have identified as having a history of aggression. Pets of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground along with their owners. Pets must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners’ vehicle or unit. • Do not leave a tethered dog unattended. Constant barking and pet messes bother other campers. If your pet is too vocal or feces are not cleaned up, you’ll need to find other accommodations.
• PARK SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH AND IS ENFORCED. • RV check-in time is 1 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. No refunds are given for early departure or inclement weather. Cabin check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am. • Trash must be bagged and set at curb or RV site by 10 am for daily pickup. Do not leave trash bags outside overnight. • Boats: Beaching of PWC and boats is prohibited. Anchoring in water of PWC and boats during daylight hours only. Boat Slip/PWC ramp rental available at Marina — check with office. Courtesy boat launch available for resort guests. Boat Trailer/Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas. • No vehicle can be parked on the grass or in a vacant RV site. No rugs or mats on grass. • RV rates are based on two people and two vehicles per RV site. Additional people 6 years and older (day or overnight guests) are charged per day per person. Visitors must pay fee at office, display visitor car pass in car, and park in designated areas. Maximum number of guests and/or visitors at anytime is six (6) per site. • Clotheslines are not allowed at RV sites. • Please do not put anything other than Septic Safe Toilet Paper in your RV toilet, our Cabins or our restrooms. Thank you – Sunset Point Management • The following are not allowed at Resort at any time: Glass Containers, Campfires at RV Sites (Campfires are allowed in designated fire rings — see park map), Fireworks, Firearms, Tents and/or Sleeping Outdoors, Motorized Vehicles (4-wheelers, mules, golf carts, etc.), smoking or pets inside Resort Building, behavior or loud music that is disturbing to other guests, or feeding of wildlife (deer, geese, etc.).
Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
