General

Please follow the resort guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable time for everyone.
✹ Please park your RV as far back in the site as possible to allow enough room for extra transportation. Your site will accommodate your RV and 1 vehicle in a back-in site. A pull-thru site will accommodate 2 vehicles. Parking permits will be issued accordingly at check-in. All vehicles, including golf carts, boats, and trailers, must be parked on the concrete pad in your site. Parking is not permitted on the grass or in the driveway. If you need additional parking, please make arrangements for off-site parking prior to arrival.
✹ Quiet Time is from 10 PM to 8 AM Central Standard Time (CST).
✹ NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.
✹ Please place your garbage in the dumpster at the exit.
✹ Florida laws require that sewer rings be used on sewer connections.
✹ Tents are not permitted. No spikes.
✹ Outside freezers and refrigerators are not allowed.
✹ Do not hang clotheslines on trees, shrubs, patio lights or fences.
✹ Car and RV washing is allowed with a permit from the office. The fee is $15 and is good for 24 hours.
✹ Do not tamper with the sprinklers, landscaping or pool heater.
✹ All buildings are smoke and pet free.
✹ The balcony and upper deck areas are provided for condo guests only.
Children
✹ Children twelve years or younger must be directly supervised by an adult at all times.
✹ Children under the age of sixteen must wear bike helmets when riding bikes.
Restrooms and Showers
✹ The Restrooms and Showers are gender specific; no family facilities are provided.
✹ Restrooms will only be closed if there is a power outage, water line break or vandalism.
Pets
✹ Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times and accompanied by you when outside the RV.
✹ You must pick up and dispose of all pet waste.
✹ Pets are not permitted in any of the buildings, pools or beach.
Pool
✹ Please use the outside shower located inside the pool area when returning from beach before entering the pool or using the inside showers.
✹ Food, alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not permitted at the pool.
✹ Intimate behavior is not permitted in the pool.
✹ No pets allowed in pool area.
✹ Children in diapers are not permitted in the pool. Swim diapers are permitted.
✹ The pool closes at 10 PM and reopens at 8 AM (CST).
These guidelines may be changed at any time without prior notice. Violation of the rules may result in eviction without refund. The owner/management of Panama City Beach RV Resort absolves themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, property damage, accident or any other cause whatsoever.
I have read the guidelines and agree to abide by these rules during my stay at Panama City Beach RV Resort. I also understand that it is my responsibility to inform everyone in my group of all rules and guidelines.
• CHECK-IN IS 11:00 AND CHECK-OUT IS NOON.
TO RETURN ON TIME AND CHARGE WILL RESULT IN A $25 FEE.
• All golf cart operators must have a valid state driver’s license and be over the age of 21.
• All golf carts, including personal or rentals from another company, must be registered with the office and comply with the rules of the resort.
• There must be a credit card on file in case of damages.
• All golf carts in use between sunset and sunrise must have headlights and taillights.
• Never leave keys in the golf cart unattended. If key is lost, you must pay a $25 key fee.
• All passengers must be seated while the cart is in motion, with the number of riders not exceeding the number of passenger seats.
• The operation of our golf carts is restricted to the sidewalk and crossing ONLY!
• Please keep golf carts in your site and not in the roadway.
• Speed limit and stop signs are to be obeyed, as well as common rules of the roadway.
• Failure to follow the rules and regulations of the resort will result in loss of driving privileges and NO REFUNDS!
