RENTAL GUEST REGISTRATION AND CHECK-OUT

● A minimum of three (3) days stay required. Minimum day stays subject to change.

● All guests must register at the front office.

● More than 2 guests are subject to an extra charge of $10 each per day.

● Re-register between 10:00 am and 11:00 am, if space is available.

● CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 am and is strictly enforced. Any guest not vacating their site by this time will be charged an additional day of rental.

● Management reserves the right to ask any guest(s) to vacate the premises at any time if unwilling to follow Resort Rules & Regulations.

● NO REFUNDS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.

GENERAL

● ONE RV PER LOT. ALL VEHICLES, SLIDE OUTS INCLUDED, ARE TO BE CONTAINED WITHIN THE CONCRETE PAD.

● QUIET TIME IS 10:00 pm. to 8:00 am.

● Please ensure all portable belongings are secured.

● NO trailers, tow dollies, lethal weapons, fireworks, tents, outside lodging, clothes hanging, colored lights, wood fires (propane only), glass containers at pool/spas, or silver foil in windows.

● ONLY approved signs are allowed in the RV or on the lot.

● NO Freestanding satellite dishes are permitted.

● DO NOT back in past edge of concrete.

● Leave the lot clean, or you may incur cleanup or damage expense.

VEHICLES & PARKING

● Speed limit is 15 MPH for all vehicles!!!

● Bikes/golf carts require headlights and reflectors if used at night.

● Drivers of golf carts must have a driver's license.

● ATVs are prohibited.

● Satellite parking spaces are for laundry and pool. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.

● Clubhouse parking is for event attendance only.

● Do not cut across, park, or turn around on other lots without permission.

CHILDREN

● Must have adult supervision at all times.

● Skateboards, inline skates and scooters are prohibited.

● Parents will be held responsible for damage to Resort property.

● The Golf Course is off limits.

NOTE: All lots are privately owned. Please respect your neighbors’ privacy and property. Do not cut across lots without permission of lot owner or occupant. We apologize if we must ask you to move to another lot due to the unexpected arrival of the lot owner.

Tennis Courts: M-Sunday 8AM – 10PM

Pickleball Courts: M-Sunday 8AM – Dusk

Pickleball Evening Play: M & Thur. till 9PM

Quiet Hours: Every day 10PM – 8AM

Vendor Hours: M-F 8AM – 5PM Saturday 8AM-3PM

GENERAL PET RULES

Pets may not run free at any time and must be kept on a 10 foot leash maximum whenever they are outside the coach. Animal control officers will pick up all pets running free. Pet owners shall not allow pets to continue making noises (barking, etc.) that create a disturbance or nuisance to other neighbors.

Pets are not to be left unattended outside. Pets will be kept inside your coach after 9:00 pm.

Pets are NOT permitted in any buildings or pool areas inside the resort. Areas around the clubhouse, Café and tennis courts are “pet-free zones.” Pets are NOT allowed on the Golf Course.

Keep pets off plants, flowers, shrubs and your neighbor’s lot. No pens of any kind are allowed.

No more than two (2) pets are allowed on a lot at any time.

You must immediately pick up residue and water down urine spots.

Aggressive behavior by your pet could result in termination of your pet’s stay.

We reserve the right to refuse space to anyone that management feels has a pet not suitable for our Resort.

WALKING DOGS – INSIDE RESORT AREA

Other lots, common area property such as the Golf Course, main entrance and other landscaped areas by the front office are off-limits to pets.

If your desire is to let your pets run freely without a leash, please take them out of the Resort. Pioneer Dog Park: Avenue 48 to Washington, then right on Washington. Proceed to Seely Drive, then right on Seely.

NOTICE

When a pet owner is observed violating the above rules, a warning will be issued. If observed a second time, the pet owner may be required to leave the Resort.
