Park Rules Quiet Hours are 10:30 pm to 8:00 am. ✓✓ Observe the 5½ mph speed limit. ✓✓ Limit of One camping unit (tent or trailer), 2 adults and 6 children per site. One additional tent allowed at $5.00 per night. ✓✓ No more than two vehicles per site; boats are considered vehicles. Overflow parking is available. ✓✓ Please do not park on empty campsites. ✓✓ Pool: Children under 14 must have an adult (18 or older) with them in the pool area at all times. No running, diving or horseplay. No food or beverages. ✓✓ Keep campfire wood inside the fire ring and fires low. Please watch your children around fires and do not leave fires unattended. Do not put garbage in fire rings and please douse fires before going to bed or leaving your campsite for the day. Management reserves the right to douse unattended fires. ✓✓ Alcohol may be consumed in moderation, at your campsite only. Behavior and language fit for campers of all ages is expected; many of our guests are children. ✓✓ Visitors must register and pay an entrance fee. Visiting hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. No visitors will be admitted after 9:00 pm. ✓✓ No drones, fireworks, generators, chainsaws or firearms may be used in the park. Please do not trim or cut down trees. Firewood is for sale at the Entrance Station or Camp Store. ✓✓ Noise carries outdoors so, please be considerate of others and keep radios, TVs, musical instruments and voices low. Outside TVs, radios and musical instruments may not be played during Quiet Hours. ✓✓ Children (under 18) must be on their campsites after dark unless accompanied by an adult or participating in a supervised activity. No bike riding after dark! ✓✓ Leave bagged trash by site marker for pickup. Trash will be picked up 10 am and 8 pm. Please DO NOT leave trash or food outside after 8 pm trash pickup; raccoons and skunks are a nuisance. ✓✓ Please supervise children under 7 in the restrooms and showers. ✓✓ No ATVs, dirt bikes, scooters, etc. may be ridden in the park, including children’s toys. Motorcycles may be ridden in and out of the park only. ✓✓ CHECK-OUT FROM THE PARK IS 12 noon. Late check-out or day use may be arranged for a small day use fee. ✓✓ If you would like to extend your stay with us, please come to the office to re-register by 11:00 am. ✓✓ No washing of RVs or personal vehicles in the park. ✓✓ Camping is an outdoor activity. No refunds will be given for leaving early due to weather or other natural conditions. ✓✓ In the event of an incident or accident on park property, campers are required to complete an incident report before checking out. ✓✓ This park is privately held property and as such, we reserve the right to remove anyone whose conduct or language is disruptive to others, or if they break the law. ✓✓ Entrance onto the campground property constitutes permission for the management of Michigan Oaks Camping Resort to photograph the visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purposes without compensation to the visitor. ✓✓ The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic environment including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by insects or animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking, biking, or swimming, or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions, and agrees that the Michigan Oaks Camping Resort and its owners, agents and employees are not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes.

Pet Policy

✓✓ 2 pet limit! ✓✓ Use designated pet walk areas, and clean up after your pet. ✓✓ Pets must be staked or kenneled at campsite, and they must be attended at all times. ✓✓ No pets in the recreation areas inside of Chipmunk Circle or any building. ✓✓ No aggressive animals allowed. ✓✓ Frequent or continuous barking or aggressive behavior, and not picking up after your pet are grounds for being asked to leave the park without a refund.
