... to make your stay an enjoyable experience • NO REFUNDS are given on any site rental. PLEASE plan your stay according to the rate plans we offer. • CHECK-OUT TIME 11:00 AM. You MUST notify the office BEFORE 11:00 AM if you need to stay longer. • PARKING for vehicles at a site is very limited. If your vehicle extends onto the paved area, you need to park in designated areas. No vehicle should block thrutraffic or access for an RV into a site and, by all means, DO NOT PARK IN UNOCCUPIED SITES. BE COURTEOUS TO OTHERS! All visitors must park in Visitor Parking (at the front of the office building) and walk to your site. • NON-REGISTERED GUESTS are welcome, but must be reported to the office and, if using our facilities, a $3.00 per person fee is required. • SPRINKLER SYSTEMS are installed on all grass areas. They run at various times throughout the Park. PLEASE, NO VEHICLES, RVS OR ANTENNAS ON GRASS AREAS. • IF YOU FORGET THE COMBINATION TO OUR RESTROOMS, check the bottom of your registration receipt. • LAUNDRY: Open hours as posted. • VEHICLE & RV WASHING is not allowed at any time in our Park. • DRIVE throughout our Park UNDER 10 MPH for the SAFETY of others. • QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM • NO HOOKUP AREA: Limited space is available for no services on a nightly basis only. NO GENERATORS ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME. • SEWER HOOKUP should be attached to the correct numbered outlet. Please don’t hook up to your neighbor’s because it’s more convenient. ALSO, A SEWER DONUT OR PROPER ADAPTER IS REQUIRED.

• MOWING DAYS of site areas starting at 8:00 AM. Inclement weather can change the days, so watch for our mower person. Make sure your belongings don’t interfere with our maintenance. • TRASH DUMPSTERS are located at the north side of the main office building. We do not offer curbside service. PLEASE CARRY HOUSEHOLD TRASH TO DUMPSTERS. • RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERS ALREADY KNOW THE RULES. There is a PET RUN, so be sure to carry baggies with you as you walk your pet ON LEASH, AT ALL TIMES. MANAGEMENT reserves the right to restrict TYPE and SIZE of pets allowed. • FITNESS CENTER: FOR ADULTS – 18 years & older! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Guests are responsible for any damage to equipment and facility. Hours of operation are posted at the entrance. • PARK MANAGEMENT reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations at any time without notice, to REFUSE entry and service and to EVICT parties for non-compliance. • JOHNSON’S CORNER RV PARK will NOT be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of property by fire, theft, wind or acts of God.
