TO ENSURE YOU HAVE A PLEASANT STAY AT FORT AMARILLO RV RESORT
Fort Amarillo RV Resort is proud to offer outstanding facilities for your visit. By adhering to the following common sense rules, we can assure these facilities will remain in top condition for your comfort and safety. Violation of the following could result in you being asked to leave the Resort with no refund.
Check-Out Time: 12:00 p.m. An extended stay may be possible if the site is available. Notify the office by 10:00 a.m. if you plan to stay another night. A late check-out also may be available; ask the office for details. If the office has not been notified and you are still in the space past 12:00 p.m., it could result in a nightly charge or being towed out of your site at your expense.
Rates are for two people. Additional occupants over 3 years of age are $2.00 each.
Speed Limit: 9½ mph. This means under 10 mph in the entire park, including the front parking lot area. Please do not drive through unoccupied spaces.
Parking: In assigned spaces only. NOT on grass or in roadways! Parking in empty sites will result in a nightly site charge or being towed at owner’s expense. Two vehicles maximum are allowed per site; if you have extra vehicles, they must be parked in designated areas assigned by the Front Office.
Children: Parents are responsible for the actions of and damage caused by any child under 18. Children under 17 must be with an adult in the laundry, pool, workout room, and center courtyard area due to the pond.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please respect your neighbors. This means no generators or running vehicles for an extended period of time. Unruly and bad behavior will not be tolerated.
Trash: Deposit in the receptacles provided — DO NOT leave trash sitting outside.
Guest: If you have friends or relatives visit you while you’re here, you are responsible for your guests’ actions as well. This includes driving actions. They must abide by all park rules. If they wish to use any of the facilities, there is a $2.00 per person charge. If they stay the night with you, there’s a $2.00 per person charge that covers the facility charge.
Pets: Cats & dogs are welcome. Please keep them quiet, attended to, and leashed at all times. Pets are not allowed in buildings, the center courtyard, or the playground area. Owners are required to clean up after pets immediately. If you are reported not picking up or we pick up after your pet, there will be a clean-up fee billed to your account, and that could result in you being asked to leave with no refund. Further pet rules are listed on the opposite page.
Laundry: Washers and dryers are located behind the office and at the pool building. Clotheslines are not allowed. Wash cycles last 30 minutes; Dryer cycles last 45 minutes.
Other: Please observe all posted signs in the Resort.
