RULES & REGULATIONS Check-in anytime after 2:00 pm. Check-Out anytime before 11:00 am. Maximum of 1 RV or tent per site and 1 car. MAXIMUM of 6 people per site. There is overflow parking available. NO PARKING on other sites. PETS are welcome on leashes. A maximum of 2 dogs per site. PETS are not allowed on the playground equipment, in pool area or any building. You must pick up after your pet (bags available in office), and please do not leave your pet unattended outside. If your dogs are a nuisance in any way we have the right to ask for them to be removed from the park. Up to date vaccination records may be requested. All pets must be on a leash at all times. POOL: Swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or older) if they are under 14. There is no diving due to the depth of the pool. No glass of any kind on pool deck. Drinks and food MAY NOT be consumed in the pool area. Smoking not allowed on the pool deck. Infants must wear waterproof diapers (sold in office if needed). Please read and adhere to all rules posted at the pool. DAY/NIGHT VISITORS must report to the office. There is a $4.00 visitor fee and a $6.00 Overnight Visitor fee. Visitors may not bring pets. QUIET TIME is 10:00 pm - 8:00 am everyday. This is strictly enforced; please be considerate of your fellow campers. Violators will be asked to leave the premises on 2nd warning with NO refund. CAMPFIRES are permitted in fire rings only. Please do not move fire rings or leave fires unattended. There is firewood available at the office. NO WOOD FROM OUT OF STATE may be brought to the park. WASHING OF VEHICLES: Please do not wash any vehicles on site - our water is State regulated.

WASTEWATER: All waste, grey and black, must be disposed of either through the sewer on site or with the use of the dump station. No charge for use of dump station for Bangor/Holden KOA guests. THIS IS MANDATED by State of Maine - no exceptions! SPEED LIMIT: 4.5 mph; strictly enforced. If you are asked to slow down, you may be asked to park your car in the front and walk in! CHILDREN: All children are welcome here; however, we ask that you always have a responsible adult (over 18) with any children 5 and under. All children (under 16) must wear bike helmets. They may NOT RIDE after dark. All children (under 16) must be at their sites at dark or with an adult when walking the campground. SITES: Please do not cut through sites. RESPECT other campers’ areas. FIREWORKS are not permitted on the property at all. CLOTHESLINES: No clotheslines are permitted tied to trees from your RV or awning by a rope or freestanding poles. A temporary clothesline mounted to your RV is acceptable. TRASH & BOTTLE RECYCLE: Please dispose of your trash and bottles in the correct receptacles. GOLF CARTS: Only seasonal guests are allowed to have golf carts. NO SMOKING MARIJUANA ON PROPERTY. QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS: Please contact the office with any questions or concerns and we will be happy to try and resolve them. Please help us keep our park clean and a safe and fun place for everyone to visit. VIOLATION OF RULES may result in ejection from the park without refund at the management’s discretion. NOTICE: This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind.
