As at January 20, 1988, the subsidiary has subleased under agreement land, dockyard and warehouse for 24 year and during in 2005, the subsidiary has entered into a memorandum of agreement in respect of sublease agreement, agreeing to extend the term of the sublease for another 25 year rate amount Bath 2.59 million per year.
