Financial risk As of December 31, 2010, the Company had total short-term loan of Baht 1,019.42 million and total long-term loan of Baht 1,527.39 million from local financial institutions to invest in land acquisition, development and construction costs of the company’s single house, townhouse and condominium projects. At the end of 2010, the company had Bank-Debt-to-Equity ratio equal to 1.08 times and Debt-to-Equity ratio equal to 1.34 times. Therefore, the financial risk has sharply decreased compared to the previous year.

6. The risk of political instability. Problem of political instability that are still vulnerable to the chaos that would happen. Every time there is a political problem occurs will provide a decision to slow down. Although this year will have different risk factors but real estate business. It also tends to grow. It's like living in the greater Bangkok area are ongoing.
