PROJECT DESCIPTION

The project aims to create an integrated architectural environment fundamentals required standards as it seeks to form an official communication loop between those existing, to expand the scope of the equestrian circuit to the high levels of socially and so for being one of the traditional and historical events and contemporary well at the moment and keep up with everything that has the direction of this field relationship.

THE MINIMAL STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS WORK TO CREATE THE DYNAMIC SWEEPING SURFACES THAT ARE CREATED BY VARIOUS CONNECTIONS RESULTING IN AN UNDULATING MESH COVERED BY DOUBLE SIDED TRANSLUCENT SKIN. A STEEL MESH BASED ON COLUMNS ON A SHAPE OF FUNNEL DISTRIBUTED WITH DIFFERENT SPANS UNDER THE ROOF.

THE ROOF CONSISTS FROM A MULTIPLE LAYERS OF TRANSLUCENT GLASS GATHER, DIFFUSE AND REFRACT LIGHT, AT TIMES MATERIALIZING LIGHT LIKE PEACE OF ICE. DURING THE DAY THE ROOF INJECTS VARYING QUALITIES OF LIGHT INTO THE COVERED AREA, WHILE AT NIGHT THE ROOF GLOWS WITH ITS INTERNAL LIGHT. STEEL MESH BASED ON A CENTRAL COLUMN AND FORE CURVY STEEL SUPPORTERS ON THE SIDES. AN OPEN LEVEL ALLOWS THE SPECTATORS TO WATCH THE CONTEST WITH MORE FLEXIBILITY AROUND THE ARENAS FROM DIFFERENT ANGLES. TWO MAIN ARENA WITH SOME COMPLEMENTARY FACILITIES FOR THE RIDERS, JURY, MEDIA AND SPECTATORS.

PROJECT DESCIPTION

A vision for a high-rise building development located in the boundries of the CBD of Benghazi city, the project consists of 4 facilities; resedintial, office, commercial and cultral. Site cordinates were placed next to one of the most well known parks in the city called “28th March Park� which connects almost all of the major buildings in the district such as hospitals, hotels, economical compnies and the main stadium of Benghazi city and also some other utilities that at the same classification level.

AERODYNAMIC MODIFICATION & SUSTAINABILITY 3 green gaps distributed regularly on the form of the tower to allow the winds to penetrate. provide green areas on the roofs as well as in the balconies to compensate the used area of the buildings.

PROJECT DESCIPTION

A medical facility specialized in optical care and considered as the first official eye hospital in benghzai that is seperated from any other health care facilities around the district as well as the city. The hospital includes clinics, educatiuon and training, accomodation, operation, sterilization and many other services. This course aims the end up with a fully sustainable architecture project.

The court of the diagnosis has such a beautiful view from the outpatients clinics for the visitors and it gives the optimum space for the employees from the inside. Natural sunshine passes thru the skylights in the main foyer to provide more comfort, as well as the natural ventilation that comes from the courtyard.

PROJECT DESCIPTION

The neighbourhood has 47 units of 4 houses which means that it has about 188 houses in total. It also includes 1 big masjid in the middle of the neighbourhood, surrounded by 2 shop buildings, health center and cultural center. In parallel to the highway there are 2 educational buildings, school and kindergarten. The site has 6 main entrances, 4 for the housing unites and 2 for the center. The project occupies an area of 330,000m2. ​​

Wide green areas covers the neighbourhood from the out side reach to 19m from the road; because the site is surrounded by a main water line just in case for any future maintenance works. Long side walk closed from the inside to provide more safety for the people. Each house has extra parking for the visitors in the end of the road. All the streets are blocked in the end to reduce transit.

The number of families according to the site area is 170 families each family has an average of 5 members, the apartments have per floor 2 flats, according to the number of the families, each 5 floors apartment has 10 families multiplied by 6 apartments, each 7 floors apartment has 14 families multiplied by 7 apartments also the site includes 12 houses for 12 families, the apartments have public shops at the ground floor.

Developing a green peice of land which is already classified as a park that includes several entertaining activities according to the 3rd generation planning project. This park should serve the surrounding neighbourhood as well as the hospital that is located to the south.

On the world book day on the 23rd of April 2017, Pavilion of bookshelves were designed and recycled with used plastic crates to create pillars that hold shelves made of wood that load the books.


World Book Day or World Book and Copyright Day is a yearly event

on April 23rd, organized by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, to promote reading, publishing and copyright.

Nasr City is a district of Cairo, Egypt. It is located to the east of the Cairo Governorate and consists mostly of condominia. It was established in the 1960s as an extension to neighboring settlement of Heliopolis.

Al-Berka Palace in Benghazi was built in two parts. The front faรงade was built by the Ottomans in the late 19th century, the two side sections were later added during Italian rule.
