This page shows the first floor of the proposed design. The connection between the built space and site corrospond to one another to address the natural essence of the water versus land. Creating this curvilinear like park around the built space imposes the essence of the sea and its edge. PLAN - FIRST LEVEL

This page displays the second level plan, as well as diagramming for the both levels. On the second level, there is a greater advantage for views, since the lower level is completely made up concrete at the front serving as a protective front against storm water surges and so forth. The upper level serves as the cafe space, allowing for a more ambient space with natural light and massive areas to move around and so forth. The atrium links both levels allowing for air circulation and viewing from the upper level to the bottom.

This spread shows my current AutoCAD skills, and I want to learn more. This work was from my previous AutoCAD class, showing an old building being renovated into an art house. The images on the left page show the existing conditions of the building, whilst the images on the right show the proposed changes that will evolve this building into an art house. Throughout the class, I learned the basics of AutoCAD and how to set up annotations, sheets, blocks, and so forth.
