Shirley Lewis, 5, of Riverside, holds her dog Moe after registering for Hoofin’ N Woofin’. Moe was named cutest dog of the event.

Martin Ibarra, 47, of Brewster, and his pooch Dora prepare to run down Main Street. Noelle Hodgson, 16, of Kent, waits with her Hoofin’ N Woofin’ partner Lilly, while 4-year-old Paige Sullivan of Okanogan moves in to pet the dog before the start of the race through Riverside.

Victoria Roberts, 26, of Ephrata, crosses the 1-mile course finish line first with a time of 7:12, just ahead of her mother, Wendy Bilodeau, 49, of Ephrata. Bilodeau and her dog 3-year-old dog Keyera finished with a time of 7:16. Megan Montano, 20, of Omak, and her dog Duke await the start of the race.
