T

he Boutique is situated in Omotesando Avenue an upscale shopping area featuring a multitude of fashion flagship stores. Facade of the Boutique mixes oriental culture references with western aesthetic’s approach. Large open staircase brings costumers from ground floor sales are to first floor Experiential Coffee Center where interactive lessons are held in order to introduce new markets to Nespresso coffee culture.

alzburg Boutique is located in the very center of the historic city center. The facade and interior space of the Boutique are listed by heritage department and should have been preserved. The vaulted ceiling throughout the space created a need for a costumed designed furniture and lighting. Each Boutique area, in the design process, was approached as a unique room with a task of creating a continuous design feeling throughout. The shopping experience starts at the ground floor with large area dedicated to coffee sales, The stairs in the back of the Boutique bring the costumes to the first floor where one can register and become a member of Nespresso as well as have a taste of coffee in Coffee Room area.

he Regent street Flagship Boutique is located in one of the most busiest and famous London’s streets. It’s sales area is spread out on the ground floor only and it has two entrances: main from Regent’s street and secondary from Glasshouse street. The hear of the Boutique is the Coffee Room located in the very center of it , which features an full height led screen wall , interactive video screen, coffee value chain display and a costumed designed bar. Well designed space allows for a smooth and interactive costumer flow while exploring Nespresso world.

Sales area: 235 sqm Location: Brompton Road , London

T

he Boutique is located on Brompton street in London. The Boutique is spread out on two floors. It features large Coffee Room area on the first floor which has great visibility from the street level as well. The Boutique’s design is practical and focuses mostly on coffee machine and coffee capsules aquisition. RETAIL DESIGN

Sales area: 300 sqm Location: Rue Tronchet, Paris

T

he Boutique is situated at a very heart of Paris, few steps away from Place de la Concorde and Opera. Boutique features costume designed display windows highlighting historic building’s existing facade. The selling area is spread out over two floors of the Boutique. The ground floor features Self Selection shopping area where costumers can purchase coffee capsules independently. The first floor invites costumers not only to taste variety of coffee flavours but also to learn few recipes themselves.

Sales area: 240 sqm Location: Soho, New York

T

he Boutique is situated on the corner of Prince and Mercer streets. The existing cast iron building’s facade was retained and only exterior paint was applied to enhance its colour. The Boutique is located on two floors. Mezzanine level allows to have a double height bar area right at the entrance. A spaciuos bar area features lounge seating with sales area located on the first floor.

Sales area: 225 sqm Location: Westfield mall, Sydney

T

he Boutique is located in a very heart of Sydney’s shopping district featuring an eye catching Zebrano stone facade with double height RGB led changing lights product display library. The strategic space layout features The Coffee room at the back of the ground floor area inviting costumers to explore Nespresso flavours while passing by accessory and machine display areas. The first floor is mostly dedicated to coffee sales. Three years after Boutique’s opening it sales and clientele grew up rapidly and Boutique has expanded by adding additional sales area on the fist floor.

T

he shop is situated in one of the oldest pedestrian streets of Padua. It features costume designed wall and ceiling panels that are inclined on different angles and create a dynamic and original space perception. Costume designed, sculptural display podiums and furniture add interest to this designer clothing and footwear line Boutique shop.

SAN MORITZ RESIDENCE

FLOOR PLAN

Sales area: 130 sqm Location: San Moritz, Switzerland

T

he apartment is located in one of the most famous holiday resorts in Switzerland. It was costumed designed for a family with children as a holiday home. The interiors feature large wood that been applied from flooring to ceiling, creating comfortable cabin atmosphere. The reiforced concrete wall separating bedroom from the corridor creates a stong architectural statement as well as contrasting effect. Abundance of natural light ,local stone and wood finishing create harmoniuos and cozy family retreat.

Sales area: 220 sqm Location: Ceggia, Italy

T

he retail space has been created in Eraldo shopping center’s basement level. It is divided into variuos shopping areas from clothing, acessories to footwear. It features costumed designed furniture which plays with the concept of tranperancies and reflections. The space was designed with a luxury brand in mind that could showcase its image and aesthetics in this architecturally defined environment.
