REBEL TRADITION From the first pitch thrown in 1893, Ole Miss Baseball has produced a colorful and rich history as the program has grown into one of the best in the country. Multiple conference titles, regional championships and College World Series appearances fill the history books when it comes to Rebel Baseball. And the tradition of excellence has been ongoing for more than a decade under head coach Mike Bianco as the Rebels continue to add to the legacy that is Ole Miss Baseball.

Jake Gibbs (left) and Tom Swayze (right) led the Rebels to multiple SEC Championships and College World Series appearances. Gibbs was an AllAmerican and had a 10-year career with the New York Yankees. The number 41 he wore as a coach at Ole Miss is the only number retired in program history.
