Project Proposal for Indoor Athletic and Educational Facility in Crozet Learn More at CrozetSports.com Crozet Sports is seeking county approval to build an indoor athletic and educational facility in Crozet. The location of the proposed project is Tax Map parcel 055E0-01-00000A4, which is a 9.76 acre lot designated as Block 19 of Old Trail Village and situated at the intersection of Route 250 and Old Trail Drive. The proposed project includes an approximately 85,000 square foot indoor athletic and educational facility with resources to support the growing athletic, academic, and health needs of western Albemarle County and the surrounding community. The proposed location will also serve as an extension of the ACPS campus, providing opportunities for shared space and programming. Crozet Sports has created a project landing page to serve as a resource for community residents to learn more about the proposed development of the indoor facility in Crozet. This Information Web Site provides a summary of the proposed development with supporting documents including the project background, building conceptual floor plan, 3D renderings, planned programs and services, information on the county approval process, the project traffic generation report, and much more. For your convenience, we will also continue to update the project page so you have one source to keep up to date throughout the county approval process. The project landing page may be viewed at crozetsports.com.

HELLO FROM THE HOA Doggy Days Out As the weather gets warmer we all look forward to spending more time outside in Old Trail, especially when we can enjoy it with our favorite canine companions. As you begin to plan for fun doggy days out, please be reminded of the following: 1. All pets must remain under the control of their owners at all times. Click Here for Albemarle Co. pet awareness pamphlet. 2. Owners must pickup & properly dispose of pet waste in the provided waste stations. 3. Walking on the golf course paths is strictly prohibited. With these guides in mind, we encourage you and your furry friends to get out and explore Old Trail this spring! Quarterly OTCA Meeting The next quarterly OTCA meeting will be held on Thursday, March 12th at 7:00pm, at Restoration Hall (5494 Golf Drive). OTCA Resident Members are invited to attend, and there will be an information session regarding the Western Park project. Call for Volunteers There are currently volunteer opportunities with the Garden Club, Hiking, Neighborhood Watch, ARB, Social, Landscape, and Communication Committees. If interested in volunteering, please email Allen Billyk at email@example.com. OTCA Budget Allocation There have been some questions as to how OTCA homeowner dues are allocated and spent through the annual budget. To the right is a chart that helps to identify how the funds are spent in different areas of the community. You will see that together landscaping and trash pickup make up 72% of the budget.
