Olde Sawmill Civic Association
Membership Drive in Full Gear After several years, the Board has commenced a neighborhood-wide membership drive. Our goal is to have 400 sustaining members for the 2017-18 year out of 1200 homes. Membership fees are used in a variety of ways to enhance the neighborhood. Meeting our goal will also ensure the replacement of neighborhood signs that we lost to development, road projects, and old age. Paid members will get a chance to vote on the designs for the new stone entry signs. Consider joining as a paid member this year. $50.00 per family, $25.00 single, $15.00 for neighbors over the age of 55. Mail the form on the back or securely pay by credit card at bit.ly/OSCA2017.

Annual Meeting Set The annual meeting of the OSCA is November 15th at 6:30 p.m. at the Northwest Library on Hard Road. The meeting is open to all. The only agenda item is the nomination of a slate of officers for 2018-19.
Welcome to a new era in OSCA’s long history in our community. In the last few years we have seen a big turnover in our residents, a permanent resolution of the Win/Win Agreement, a boost in property values and new momentum in our association. We have also seen an increase in traffic and pressure around our borders from expanding roads, apartments and businesses. With this change it is important to keep our neighborhood leadership, communications and events healthy and strong. I want to personally thank the official 150 OSCA Members (2017-18) for your support and contribution! With new funds and volunteers we can continue our efforts to protect property value, strengthen our communication network and improve our community events. As President, I look forward to meeting many new faces this year, engaging with our new street captains & volunteers, community PTO’s (Grandby & Olde Sawmill) and the Far Northwest Coalition. Thank you, Ryan Bunner
