ontinental Who’s Who/- Pamela Lancaster is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Healthcare as a result of her role as Owner and Administrator of Legacy Homecare, LLC.
Pamela believes her clients should live their life in the most fulfilling way, by providing the assistance to live in the comfort of their own home. Pamela has provided care for over twenty-five years and obtained her degree in Social Work from East Tennessee State University. Pamela’s life has been committed to aiding people who cannot help themselves. Her first position as a caregiver started at the age of 12 while taking care of her grandmother. Her grandmother had several strokes and during the summer Pamela would stay with her throughout the day while her grandfather worked in downtown Johnston City. Later on in life, Pamela graduated from Science Hill High School and joined the Air
Force. Upon being honorably discharged, she entered the Healthcare Profession in Florida, followed by positions in Johnston City and Atlanta, Georgia. Marking the five year anniversary of Legacy Homecare, LLC in November 2013, Pamela has a true passion for Homecare and provides care for both elderly adults and people with disabilities. She engages in companionship visits as well and sees the real need for customized attention and care. She works hard to match the right caregiver with each client. Knowing very well that Homecare allows clients to maintain their own routine and lifestyle, Pamela is extremely dedicated to helping clients improve their outlook on their situation. In addition, as a direct reflection of her dedication and professionalism, Pamela is a member of NAPW, Tennessee Association of Homecare, Quality Eldercare, Inc., and the National Association of Social Workers. ose M. Rivera, CMA, C.Ph. is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Healthcare. Rose is an Adjunct Faculty Member with Lorain County Community College, as well as a Medical Assistant with Erie Coast Chest Physicians. In her current positions, Rose works closely in the areas of Medical Assistance; Coding; Checking Vital Signs; Conducting Blood Tests; as well as Preparing Medical Histories. In addition, she works with students in the medical laboratory and assists them in learning the basics of Medical Assistance.

Rose earned an Associate of Science in Medical Assisting, with a concentration in Clinical Studies in 2007, as well as an Associate of Science in Medical Assisting, with a concentration in Administrative Studies, in 2006. Additionally, she earned an Associate of Arts in Business in 1981 and is a Certified Medical Assistant and a Certified Phlebotomist. Rose attributes much of her success to her mother, Betty Milam (September 26, 1928- December 9, 2011). She was a loving, supportive, dedicated mother of three and always encouraged Rose to pursue her interests. Looking ahead, Rose aspires to become a full-time faculty instructor in Pharmacology, Medical Coding and Medical Assisting.
