The Power of Difference Diversity is central to OHSU’s core values. It sets the tone as we train the healthcare professionals that Oregon communities need, care for people with the most difficult health challenges and work on new discoveries that help save lives. Diversity and cultural competence in our student body and workforce equip us to serve everyone better as we deliver on our mission of teaching, healing, research and community service. To support diversity throughout the university, the Center for Diversity & Inclusion provides services and resources that foster a respectful, inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
