“If you want to be a happier healthier person, don’t let a bad day put you off.” Here are our Top Three things to help you on your way: 1. Never, ever EVER give up

2. Do something productive every day. It doesn’t matter if you do 15 minutes of stretching on your bedroom floor, or a bodyweight circuit in your living room. It will help enormously.

3. Get up 20 minutes earlier, or go to bed 20 minutes later to do some form of stretching or yoga. It will aid relaxation, enabling you to focus and also sleep more peacefully; and we all know how important sleep is to staying happy and healthy. Don’t let a bad day put you off your exercise, and avoid overindulging to make yourself feel better. Instead, take yourself to a place where you’re happy, switch your iPod on and hit the gym. Sit on the bike, walk on the treadmill, or do some resistance training. You’ll feel better for it, and you’ll get that endorphin release, which will give you a bit of a buzz. Most importantly, it will help you burn off excess adrenaline from stress and help you unwind. So take our advice and turn your negative experiences into positive actions.
