ISME 2008 Practical arrangements a) REGISTRATION times: On Sunday 20th July registrations will be open from 11.00 - 19.00. Those who have completed all requirements, will be able to collect their bag and badge during this time. Those who have not completed all requirements, will need to first go to the ISME registration area and there may be long queues. We therefore request that all requirements be completed immediately. Requirements are as follows: • •

ISME membership Conference registration form completed and correct payment received

If you have not yet received an email confirming that these have been completed then please contact the ISME Office. b) Registration area The registration area will be at the Conservatorio di Bologna (Bologna Conservatorium) which is on Via Zamboni. Your hotel will be able to describe how to find it. c) Conference START AND FINISH times: Sunday 20th: there will be an opening concert given by Orchestra del Conservatorio di Bologna, Italy at 21.00 hours. Monday 21st: Presentations start at 8.00 am. Opening Ceremony is at 11.30 am Friday 25th: Closing Ceremony is from 15-17 followed by a reception. There will be spectacular presentations from the hosts of ISME 2010 China. Please stay for that! ************************************************** 2. Voting for ISME Board and President Elect 2008-2010 Voting for the ISME Board 2008-2010 is now open. For the list of nominees and voting instructions please see the ISME Newsletter. The information is also on the ISME website at: ISME Individual Members who were financial at 15th May are eligible to vote online. Paper ballots should be mailed to arrive at the ISME Office no later
