Air Migration Jets Filament Spinning Heberlein® MultiJet Migra The open/closed, multi-end air migration jet for all textile yarns The Heberlein® MultiJet Migra is the first multi-thread, open/closed air migration jet for filament spinning. The novel design for closure with yarn friendly surfaces protects the filaments from damage. Air migration Individual filaments are lightly compacted by means of compressed air and possible broken filaments integrated again into the yarn. At the same time there follows a thrifty and uniform migration of the spin finish right into the yarn core. The finish migration leads to an optimal yarn compaction and stable thread path that increases the machine efficiency in the spinning processes. Range of application Suitable for multifilament yarns made from polyester, nylon and polypropylene in the whole textile yarn range. Product advantages The rotational movement during opening and closing prevents entrapment of filament residue and dirt between jet and cover plate. The orange peel surface structure of the yarn contacting ceramic parts guarantees lowest friction. The single jet plate enables a narrow thread spacing of 5 mm for up to 24 yarn channels. Handling The integral threading aid, for an easy and quick threading of the yarns, increases the ease of operation.
The accessible yarn channels when the jet is open facilitate the visual checking and the fast intermediate cleaning of the machine. The jet pack can be removed quickly from the base plate for easy servicing and cleaning.
The yarn guides can be exchanged readily by means of a clamping mechanism.
