The slider with jet plate is locked in its housing and unlocked without tools. Cleaning of the complete jet by spray washing; cleaning of jet plate together with slider in an ultrasonic bath.

Cutting edge range of jet plates: S1, S2 and S3 series for yarns up to 240 dtex. Extremely regular interlacing with maximum knot count at yarn speeds up to 1200 m/min. S12, S16 and S18 with vortex chamber for limited knot count at high stability.
